We are a Buddhist-based organization that focuses on assisting residents in prisons and ex-convicts. We also serve the community by teaching and practicing zazen (meditation) in the Soto Zen tradition. All are welcome.

complete with schedules and directions.

Inside Dharma Meditation Center with Kalen

Meditation and Dharma Talk Services Schedule:

     Sundays: 9:00 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.

     Located within the Laughing Bear Bakery.
        4001 Utah Street
         St. Louis, MO 63116

Laughing Bear Bakery and Shinzo Zen Meditation Center

Park in the front, the side, or the back of the building. The entrance is in the front through the black door under the black awning.

Meditation and Dharma Discussion Services Schedule: 

     Thursdays: 6:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
     Saturdays: 7:00 A.M. – 8:30 A.M.
     
     Located next to Cfx in South City.
         4125 Humphrey Street
         St. Louis, MO 63116

Park in the parking lot just past the building pictured. Enter the gate in the far-right hand corner of the lot. Follow the stairs to the courtyard. Proceed to the basement stairs diagonal from where you entered the courtyard & come on in.
